The invention provides a light anti-crash seat capable of absorbing energy by tearing fabric, the anti-crash seat comprises a backrest assembly, a seat frame assembly and a rotating shaft, the backrest assembly comprises a backrest framework and a backrest cloth cover, the backrest framework is connected with the seat frame assembly through the rotating shaft, a tearing part with a preset stroke is sewn in the stress direction of the backrest cloth cover, one end of the tearing part is connected to the seat frame assembly and other end is connected to the backrest framework. Under the action of an external load, the sewing portion of the tearing part is torn to release the reserved energy absorption stroke, and the seat frame assembly is turned downwards by a certain angle with the rotating shaft as the axis to achieve energy absorption. The backrest cloth cover is further provided with backrest cloth and a force bearing belt, a part of stroke is reserved on the force bearing belt, the tearing part is formed through sewing of sewing threads, one end of the backrest cloth is connected with the force bearing belt, and the other end of the backrest cloth is connected to the seat frame assembly. The energy-absorbing seat is simple in structure, convenient to process, easy to operate and light in weight, and can meet the airworthiness clauses related to the CCAR29 and the requirements of 85% anti-crash survival rate specified by GJB3838.
