    本发明涉及飞行器流动增升减阻技术领域,具体公开了一种流体推力矢量激励器,包括机体、双稳态膜片、激励片、和两个特斯拉单向阀,所述机体具有开口的腔室,并且该腔室具有流体进口和流体出口;所述双稳态膜片固定密封于腔室的开口;所述激励片是压电复合纤维膜片,并贴伏于所述双稳态膜片,受交变电压作用,驱动双稳态膜片实现模态转变,实现对腔室内流体容积的改变;两个所述特斯拉单向阀分别连通于流体进口和流体出口;本发明具有结构轻薄、紧凑,无机械连杆运动部件等特点,可灵活布置在机翼后缘内部,改变机翼局部升阻力,形成俯仰或滚转力矩,形成流体推力矢量控制,也能够起到“压气机”的作用,能够用于边界层吹气及吸气。
