In the lithium battery transfer device, the pushing mechanism and the abutting transmission mechanism clamp the lithium battery left and right; and then, through cooperative use of the bidirectional moving mechanism, the front-back fixing mechanism and the rubber pad, the front side and the back side of the lithium battery can be clamped and fixed, and thereby the lithium battery is fixed in all directions. Therefore, the lithium battery is prevented from sliding back and forth in the slope transfer process, the influence of vibration on the lithium battery is reduced, and the protection on the lithium battery is further enhanced.
