The invention discloses a charging management system with active battery equalization and a management method, belongs to the field of BMS+ charging piles, and aims to solve problems that passive equalization is long in equalization time and unobvious in effect, and active equalization is complex in structure and high in cost. The battery management system (BMS) provides two IO control units on a hardware circuit, namely a positive channel management unit and a negative channel management unit; the BMS manages communication of electric energy output and data interaction of the positive and negative channel management units and the charging interface, and channel selection and control are carried out on different stages of use of different battery packs; and the low-voltage battery strings in the equalizing charging stage are independently circulated and sequentially charged. The charging management system is combined with the daily charging behavior of the new energy vehicle, battery maintenance equalization without perception is carried out in each charging process, and the charging pile direct current charging system is utilized to respond to the equalization charging requirement of the BMS battery management system.

    本发明公开了一种具备主动电池均衡的充电管理系统及管理方法,属BMS+充电桩领域,旨在解决被动均衡存在均衡时间长效果不明显,主动均衡结构复杂成本高的问题。BMS电池管理系统在硬件电路上提供两块IO控制单元即正极通道管理单元和负极通道管理单元;BMS电池管理系统管理正、负极通道管理单元与充电接口的电能输出与数据交互的通讯,对不同电池组使用的不同阶段进行通道选择与控制;并完成均衡充电阶段的低电压电池串单独循环依次补充电。本发明提出的充电管理系统结合新能源车辆日常充电行为,在每次充电过程中进行无感知的电池养护均衡,利用充电桩直流充电系统响应BMS电池管理系统的均衡充电需求。
