The invention relates to walking control of an electric road roller, and aims to solve the problems that certain impact exists in the control process of a driving motor of an existing road roller and the rotating speed is possibly out of control during control mode switching. The invention provides a walking control method and system for an electrically-driven road roller and the road roller. The control method comprises the following steps: sending a 0-target rotating speed control instruction during parking braking, and storing motor torque and performing parking braking when the rotating speed of a motor is smaller than a preset value; during starting, sending a maximum target rotating speed control instruction in the corresponding rotating direction, and gradually increasing a motor output limiting torque value; and when the motor output torque is larger than the recorded motor torque, parking braking is relieved, and after a zero target rotating speed control instruction is sent, sending the target rotating speed control instruction according to the handle swing angle. The system is simple in composition and convenient to realize, meets the working requirements of the road roller on fixed speed and low-speed running, and can well control the speed of the whole vehicle without a brake pedal in the uphill and downhill process, thereby avoiding out-of-control sliding on the slope.

    本发明涉及电动压路机行走控制,为解决现有压路机驱动电机控制过程中存在一定冲击且控制模式切换时转速可能失控的问题;提供一种电驱动压路机行走控制方法、系统和压路机,其中控制方法是驻车制动时发送0目标转速控制指令并在电机转速小于预定值时存储电机转矩和进行驻车制动;起步时发送相应转动方向的最大目标转速控制指令并逐渐增加电机输出限制转矩值;当电机输出转矩大于记录的电机转矩时解除驻车制动并在发送0目标转速控制指令后根据手柄摆动角度发送目标转速控制指令。本发明系统组成简单,实现方便,适应压路机固定车速、低速行驶的工作需要,且上下坡过程中,在没有刹车踏板的情况下能够很好的控制整车速度,避免溜坡失控。
