The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle and a charging control method and device for the vehicle. The charging control method comprises the following steps: by acquiring a first temperature of a charging connector of a vehicle, according to the first temperature of the charging connector and preset mapping, determining a maximum safe current-carrying capacity of the charging connector corresponding to the first temperature, determining the charging current according to the determined maximum safe current-carrying capacity and the maximum safe charging current of the battery module corresponding to the first temperature, so the external charging device charges the battery module with the charging current; therefore, the maximum safe charging current of the battery module corresponding to the first temperature and the maximum safe current-carrying capacity of the charging connector are utilized to the maximum extent, and high-power quick charging can be realized by utilizing a smaller wire diameter within a certain temperature range.

    本申请实施例提供车辆和用于车辆的充电控制方法及装置。该充电控制方法通过获取车辆的充电连接器的第一温度,根据充电连接器的第一温度和预设映射,确定第一温度对应的充电连接器的最大安全载流量,并根据所确定的最大安全载流量和第一温度对应的电池模组的最大安全充电电流确定充电电流,进而使外部充电装置以充电电流对电池模组进行充电,由此最大程度利用第一温度对应的电池模组的最大安全充电电流和充电连接器的最大安全载流量,实现在一定温度范围内利用较小的线径即可实现大功率快速充电。
