The invention discloses a traffic accident real-time detection and early warning method based on a Seq2Seq auto-encoder model. Firstly, in order to analyze traffic element sequence data and traffic flow anomaly characteristics before and after a traffic accident, a set of traffic anomaly detection model and early warning process based on a Seq2Seq auto-encoder is established; secondly, an Attention mechanism is introduced on the basis of the Seq2Seq model so as to capture important traffic state characteristics; and then, in the aspect of traffic state abnormity judgment, real-time detection of traffic accidents and classification of accident risk levels are realized according to a preset threshold value by comparing reconstruction errors of original data and prediction data.

    本申请公开了一种基于Seq2Seq自编码器模型的交通事故实时检测和预警方法。首先,为了分析交通事故前后的交通要素序列数据和交通流异常的特征,本发明建立了一套基于Seq2Seq自编码器的交通异常检测模型和预警流程。其次,本发明在Seq2Seq模型的基础上引入了Attention机制以捕捉重要的交通状态特征。然后,在交通状态异常判定方面,通过对比原始数据和预测数据的重构误差,并根据设定的阈值实现交通事故的实时检测和事故风险等级的划分。
