An undercarriage uplock collision test method disclosed by the invention is reliable in loading and high in test precision. According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the steps that an uplock collision test device, an uplock mounting frame fixedly connected with the uplock collision test device, a hydraulic cylinder serving as a power source and a spring loading mechanism connected with the hydraulic cylinder are prepared; a loading hydraulic cylinder piston rod extends out of the loading hydraulic cylinder, sequentially passes through a rear bracket vertical plate through hole, a loading spring and a bracket copper sleeve, and penetrates through a copper sleeve nut at the back end of a bearing support vertical plate to be connected with a tension and pressure sensor assembly; according to a plurality of times of retraction and release of the main landing gear, a lock ring of a collision lock component is provided on a groove plate of a lock ring motion trail guide groove, a collision lock linear load is applied to an upper lock retraction lock hook which moves to enter the tested trigger type uplock, and a lock ring motion trail of the collision lock component is realized; a pull pressure sensor assembly connected to the piston rod is connected with a digital display through a wire and used for displaying a pressurization load value and a linear collision lock test load value applied to the lock hook by the lock ring of the collision lock part.

    本发明公开的一种起落架上位锁撞锁试验方法,加载可靠,试验精度高。本发明通过下述技术方案实现:制备一个上位锁撞锁试验装置及其固联的上位锁安装架,以及作为动力源的液压缸及相连的弹簧加载机构;加载液压缸伸出加载液压缸活塞杆,顺次通过后支架立板通孔、加载弹簧和支架铜套,穿过承载支座立板背端铜套螺母相连拉压力传感器组件;根据收放主起落架数次,利用锁环运动轨迹导向槽槽板上提供撞锁部件的锁环,对移动进入被试触发式上位锁上的收上锁锁钩,施加撞锁线性载荷,实现撞锁部件锁环运动轨迹;相连在活塞杆上的拉压力传感器组件,通过导线连接数字显示器,显示加压载荷值、撞锁部件锁环对锁钩施加的线性撞锁试验载荷值。
