The invention provides a cooling method, a cooling device and a vehicle, and the cooling method can comprise the steps: obtaining a first fan rotating speed demand of a battery cooling loop, obtaining a second fan rotating speed demand of a motor cooling loop, and obtaining a third fan rotating speed demand of an air conditioner cooling loop, and determining the maximum fan rotating speed requirement from the first fan rotating speed demand, the second fan rotating speed demand and the third fan rotating speed demand, and controlling the fan to act according to the maximum fan rotating speed requirement so as to dissipate heat of a first radiator, a second radiator and a third radiator. When the vehicle comprises a battery cooling loop, a motor cooling loop and an air conditioner cooling loop, the fan in the vehicle can be controlled to rotate according to the maximum fan rotating speed requirement, meanwhile, the battery cooling loop, the motor cooling loop and the air conditioner cooling loop are cooled, the power consumption in the cooling process can be reduced, and the cooling efficiency is improved.
