The invention belongs to the field of tires, and particularly relates to an adhesive armor anti-puncture layer tire and a method thereof, which are suitable for any fields using tires, such as automobiles, tractors, armored cars and the like. A layer of non-setting adhesive type viscose is uniformly coated on an airtight layer on the inner side of the vacuum tire and is called as a viscose layer, the airtight layer of the tire is completely covered by the viscose layer, a puncture-resistant sheet is adhered to the surface of the viscose layer and is called as an armor sheet, the adjacent armor sheets are next to each other but are not mechanically connected, and a gap is formed between the adjacent armor sheets. All the armor sheets form a planar armor layer parallel to the airtight layer, and the viscose layer and the armor layer jointly form an anti-pricking layer. When a sharp object pierces into the tire from the outer side of the tire and pierces the airtight layer, the sharp part of the sharp object jacks up the armor piece at the corresponding part, and because the armor sheets are always adhered by the adhesive drawing wire of the viscose, the armor sheets reset to be attached to the original position of the airtight layer under the pressure of the air pressure in the tire after the sharp object is pulled out of the tire.

    本发明属于轮胎领域,特别是涉及一种胶黏铠甲防扎层轮胎及其方法,适用于汽车、拖拉机、装甲车等任何使用轮胎的领域。在真空轮胎内侧气密层处均匀涂覆一层不干胶型黏胶,称为黏胶层,黏胶层将轮胎的气密层全部覆盖,在黏胶层表面再黏贴有耐穿刺的薄片,该薄片称为铠甲片,相邻铠甲片紧挨但不机械连接,相邻铠甲片之间有缝隙,所有铠甲片组成与气密层平行的平面的铠甲层,黏胶层与铠甲层共同组成防扎层;当尖锐物体从轮胎外侧刺入轮胎内部并刺破气密层后,尖锐物体的尖部将相应部位的铠甲片顶起,由于铠甲片始终被黏胶的黏胶拉丝所黏着,所以当尖锐物体从轮胎上拔除后,铠甲片在轮胎内气压的压力下,又复位到帖附在气密层的原位。
