The invention relates to a traffic field over-limit transportation query navigation monitoring system and an over-limit monitoring method. The system comprises a cloud server, a client computer, a mobile intelligent platform, an over-limit monitoring system and a monitoring master station, nationwide highway traffic network data are stored in the cloud server. Before ultra-large component road transportation is implemented, a scientific and reasonable transportation planning route can be obtained by logging in the cloud server through the client computer and the mobile intelligent platform and inputting weight, length, width and height information of an ultra-large component transportation vehicle, and meanwhile, the mobile intelligent platform can provide transportation route navigation for the transportation vehicle. Therefore, the cost of planning and reconnaissance of the transportation route of an enterprise is greatly reduced; the over-limit monitoring system dynamically monitors the length, width and height information of vehicles running on the road, judges whether the vehicles can smoothly pass through the road where the vehicles are located or not, and gives out warning information in time and guides the transport vehicles to change the route to run on the correct transport route when finding that the vehicles cannot smoothly pass through, so that damage to road facilities and transport components and traffic jam are prevented.

    一种交通领域超限运输查询导航监测系统及超限监测方法,包括云服务器、客户端电脑、移动智能平台、超限监测系统、监控主站;云服务器中存储有全国公路交通网数据;在实施超大型构件公路运输前,通过客户端电脑、移动智能平台登陆云服务器,输入超大型构件运输车辆的重量及长宽高信息,即可获得科学、合理的运输规划路线,同时移动智能平台还可为运输车辆提供运输路线导航,因此极大降低了企业规划、勘察运输路线的成本;超限监测系统动态监测公路上行驶车辆的长宽高信息,判断车辆对于所在公路能否顺利通过,发现无法顺利通过时,及时发出告警信息并引导运输车辆改道行驶在正确运输路线,防止发生公路设施、运输构件的损坏,及造成交通堵塞。
