The invention discloses a movable panel rotating mechanism of a variable mach number spray pipe of a hypersonic wind tunnel, and particularly relates to the technical field of ground test devices of hypersonic aircrafts. The movable panel rotating mechanism of the variable mach number spray pipe of the hypersonic speed wind tunnel comprises a fixed box body communicated with the spray pipe, a groove is formed in the fixed box body, a movable panel is connected in the groove in a sliding and sealing mode, a driver is arranged on one side of the movable panel, and a rotating shaft connecting structure is arranged on the other side of the movable panel. Rotating shaft mounting holes are formed in the lower end of the rotating shaft connecting structure, movable panel rotating shafts which are symmetrically arranged are rotationally connected to the fixed box body, and each movable panel rotating shaft is arranged in the corresponding mounting hole. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the problem of mutual interference between the rotating shaft and a sealing structure between a fixed structure and a movable panel of the variable mach number spray pipe of the hypersonic wind tunnel is solved, the influence of the rotating shaft on the sealing performance is avoided, and good sealing and motion characteristics can be obtained.

    本发明专利公开了一种高超声速风洞变马赫数喷管的活动型面板转动机构,具体涉及高超声速飞行器地面试验装置的技术领域。一种高超声速风洞变马赫数喷管的活动型面板转动机构,包括与喷管连通的固定箱体,固定箱体上开有凹槽,凹槽内滑动密封连接有活动型面板,活动型面板的一侧设有驱动器,活动型面板的另一侧设有转轴连接结构,转轴连接结构的下端设有转轴安装孔,固定箱体上转动连接有对称设置的活动型面板转轴,每根活动型面板转轴设置在对应的安装孔内。采用本发明技术方案解决了高超声速风洞变马赫数喷管固定结构与活动型面板间的懂密封结构与转轴之间相互干涉的问题,避免了转轴对懂密封性能的影响,可获得良好的密封和运动特性。
