The offshore wind power generation control winch comprises a ship body, wherein a threaded telescopic cylinder capable of stretching up and down is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the ship body, a fixing block is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the threaded telescopic cylinder, a power generation protection mechanism is arranged on the left side of the fixing block, a guide detection mechanism is arranged at the right end of the fixing block, a winding cavity is formed in the lower side of a filtering cavity, a winding mechanism is arranged in the winding cavity, torque on a power shaft can be effectively reduced through meshing of a power gear and a driven gear, meanwhile, a handle can be installed on a power shaft, manual control over lifting of a fan plate and a wind measurement guide plate is achieved, the protection effect is achieved, the wind speed is detected through the wind measurement guide plate, so that rotation of a rotating circular ring is controlled, when the wind is small, the wind is blown to the wind measurement guide plate after passing through the fan plate, it is guaranteed that the fan plate can utilize wind power to generate electricity to the maximum extent, and when the wind is large, the wind measurement guide plate controls rotation of the wind measurement guide plate, and the fan plate and the threaded telescopic cylinder are protected.

    本发明公开了一种近海风力发电控制卷扬机,包括船体,所述船体的上侧固设有能够上下伸缩的螺纹伸缩筒,所述螺纹伸缩筒的上端固设有固定块,所述固定块的左侧设有发电保护机构,所述固定块的右端设有导向检测机构,所述过滤腔的下侧开设有卷扬腔,所述卷扬腔内设有卷扬机构,通过动力齿轮与从动齿轮的啮合能够有效的减少动力轴上的扭力,同时能够在动力轴安装把手,实现人工控制扇板与测风导向板的升降,起到保护效果,通过测风导向板检测风速,从而控制转动圆环的旋转,风小时,风通过扇板后吹向测风导向板,保证扇板能够最大化利用风力发电,风大时,测风导向板控制测风导向板的旋转,保护扇板与螺纹伸缩筒。
