The invention discloses a crane anti-corrosion steel structure. The crane anti-corrosion steel structure comprises a locomotive base and a base for placing a winch; the locomotive base is fixedly connected with the base; the base is provided with an annular cavity; the upper end of the base is movably connected with a cover body through a plurality of fixing mechanisms; the upper end of the cover body is fixedly connected with a plurality of supporting columns; the upper ends of the multiple supporting columns are fixedly connected with the same heat dissipation mechanism with the anti-corrosion function; the heat dissipation mechanism communicates with the cover body through an exhaust pipe; a water inlet pipe is arranged between the heat dissipation mechanism and the annular cavity in a communication mode; a first one-way pressure valve is mounted on the exhaust pipe; the water outlet end of the annular cavity communicates with a water drainage pipe; and the water drainage pipe transversely penetrates through the base and extends to the outside of the base. According to the crane anti-corrosion steel structure, through the fixing mechanism and the heat dissipation mechanism, the exposed winch is subjected to anti-corrosion protection, so that the service life of the winch is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种起重机防锈蚀钢结构,包括机车底座和用于放置卷扬机的基座,所述机车底座与基座固定连接设置,所述基座上设有环形腔室,所述基座的上端通过多个固定机构活动连接有罩体,所述罩体的上端固定连接有多根支撑柱,多根所述支撑柱的上端固定连接有同一个有防锈蚀功能的散热机构,所述散热机构与罩体通过排气管连通设置,所述散热机构与环形腔室之间连通设置有进水管,所述排气管上安装有第一单向压力阀,所述环形腔室的出水端连通设置有排水管,所述排水管横向贯穿于基座并延伸至其外部。本发明通过固定机构和散热机构来实现对裸露在外的卷扬机进行防锈蚀保护,提高卷扬机的使用寿命。
