The invention relates to an electric bicycle frame lower pipe combination method and a combination structure thereof. The method comprising the following steps of welding a head tube and a reinforcing tube, namely combining the head tube and the reinforcing tube at an angle; a step of welding the head pipe and the lower pipe, namely sleeving the reinforcing pipe into the lower pipe, exposing the bottom ends of the head pipe and the reinforcing pipe, and then welding the corresponding positions of the top ends of the head pipe and the lower pipe; a motor bracket welding step, wherein the front end side of the motor bracket is connected to a bottom end of the lower pipe and a bottom end of the reinforcing pipe in a sleeving mode at the same time, and then welding is conducted; and a reinforcing pipe and lower pipe connecting step, welding the two sides of the middle section of the reinforcing pipe and the inner wall of the lower pipe from the opening of the lower pipe. By means of the steps of the method, the structural strength of the frame lower tube can be considered, and the combination process is simplified.
