The invention discloses a high-obstacle-crossing-ability robot chassis of a segmented crawler-type non-bearing structure. The high-obstacle-crossing-ability robot chassis comprises a robot chassis body, permanent magnet crawlers and two servo motors. Servo motors are arranged on the two sides of the robot chassis body correspondingly, the two servo motors are arranged diagonally, at least two crawler frames are installed on the two sides of the robot chassis body correspondingly, permanent magnet crawlers are arranged outside the crawler frames, and the permanent magnet crawlers are driven by the servo motors to move. The crawler frames located on the same side are symmetrically arranged, and the radian diameter length of the symmetrically-adjacent side is half of the radian diameter length of the other side. The side, with the large radian diameter length, of the crawler frame is arranged outwards.

    本发明是分段履带式非承载式结构的强越障能力机器人底盘,包括机器人底盘本体、永磁履带和两个伺服电机;机器人底盘本体的两侧均设置有伺服电机、且两伺服电机呈对角设置,机器人底盘本体的两侧均安装有至少两个履带车架,履带车架的外部设置有永磁履带,且永磁履带通过伺服电机驱动进行运动;位于同侧的履带车架均是对称设置,且对称临近的一侧弧度直径长度为另一侧弧度直径长度的一半;履带车架较大弧度直径长度的一侧向外设置。
