A method for reducing dragging torque of a brake comprises the steps that the driving intention of a driver is judged according to an accelerator pedal signal and the stroke of a brake push rod; then, according to the driving intention of a driver, first pre-increased pressure or second pre-increased pressure is calculated according to the current brake pressure signal, the PV curves of the front brake and the rear brake and the starting pressure of the front brake and the rear brake, so that the gap between a brake disc and a friction plate is reduced as much as possible or completely disappears, and the brake reaction time and the idle stroke of a pedal are shortened. According to the method, the calipers hysteresis can be reduced, the economical efficiency of the vehicle is improved, meanwhile, the braking distance is shortened, and the braking safety of the vehicle is improved.

    一种减小制动器拖滞力矩的方法,包括根据油门踏板信号和制动推杆行程判断驾驶员的驾驶意图,随后驾驶员的驾驶意图根据当前制动压力信号、前后制动器PV曲线和前后制动器启动压力分别计算第一预增压力或第二预增压力使制动盘和摩擦片间隙尽可能减小或完全消失,减少制动反应时间和踏板空行程,本发明能够降低卡钳拖滞,提升了车辆经济性,同时也降低制动距离,提升了车辆的制动安全性。
