The invention discloses a light/high-temperature-resistant integrated composite material satellite light shield and a preparation method thereof. A traditional satellite light shield is made of a metal material and cannot meet the harsh requirements of a novel satellite for low density, high temperature resistance, low linear expansion coefficient and the like. According to the composite material satellite light shield, the product is divided into the base and the strap which are formed respectively, and then the base and the strap are combined into a whole through a sleeving and bonding process, wherein the base is prepared through the procedures of medium/low-density prepreg preparation, prepreg cutting, prepreg 0-degree/90-degree laying, autoclave curing and the like; the strap is prepared through the procedures of prepreg slitting, prepreg cloth tape rolling, core mold preparation, cloth tape parallel winding, autoclave curing and the like. Then the base and the strap are combined by adopting a high-temperature-resistant adhesive to obtain the light shield. The composite material satellite light shield has the advantages of light weight, high temperature resistance, small linear expansion coefficient, high specific strength, large specific modulus, long service life and the like, and passes the verification of ground experiments such as vibration, impact and the like.
本发明公开了一种轻质/耐高温一体化复合材料卫星遮光罩及其制备方法。传统的卫星遮光罩是金属材质,不能满足新型卫星对低密度、耐高温和低线膨胀系数等苛刻要求。本发明涉及的复合材料卫星遮光罩是将产品分为基座和箍带两个部件分别成型,然后通过套装粘接工艺组合为一体。其中,基座是由中/低密度预浸料制备、预浸料裁剪、预浸料0°/90°铺层、热压罐固化等工序制备而成。箍带是由预浸料分切、预浸布带收卷、芯模准备、布带平行缠绕、热压罐固化等工序制备而成。再采用耐高温胶粘剂将基座和箍带组合得到遮光罩。该复合材料卫星遮光罩具有轻质、耐高温、线膨胀系数小、比强度高、比模量大、寿命长等优点,还通过了振动和冲击等地面实验验证。
