The invention provides a cone-prism transition type honeycomb interlayer bearing cylinder structure. The cone-prism transition type honeycomb interlayer bearing cylinder structure comprises a satellite-rocket butt joint frame, a honeycomb interlayer conical shell structure, a transition frame, a load mounting frame and a plurality of honeycomb plates. In order to further improve the main load bearing capacity of the satellite, optimize the force transmission path of the main structure and be suitable for on-orbit maintenance operation, the satellite structure adopts the design of integrating main force bearing and equipment installation, namely, the main force bearing structure adopts a regular polygon prism honeycomb wall plate structure configuration form, the radius of the bearing cylinder can be increased as much as possible under the condition that the mass of the bearing cylinder is fixed, so that the stress radius is increased, the structural instability is avoided, and the bearing cylinder can bear the main load of more than 6000 kg on the top surface of the bearing cylinder; meanwhile, the honeycomb prism wall plate is transited through the honeycomb interlayer conical barrel, and butt joint with a carrier rocket is facilitated.

    本发明提供一种锥‑棱柱过渡式蜂窝夹层承力筒结构,包括星箭对接框、蜂窝夹层锥壳结构、过渡框、载荷安装框以及多块蜂窝板;为了进一步提高卫星主载荷承载能力、优化主结构传力路径、适用于在轨维修操作,卫星结构采用了主承力和设备安装一体化设计,即主承力结构采用正多边形棱柱蜂窝壁板结构构型形式,可在承力筒质量一定的情况下尽可能增大承力筒的半径,进而增加受力半径,避免结构失稳,承受6000kg以上的承力筒顶面的主载荷;同时,蜂窝棱柱壁板通过蜂窝夹层圆锥筒过渡,有利于实现与运载火箭的对接。
