The invention discloses a four-engine embedded aluminum component flight attitude conversion unmanned aerial vehicle based on an aluminum alloy thin-wall sheet metal process as a main part. The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a central platform, a wing group, an empennage group, an engine group, a hanging body and the like. The problems of tedious production process, high manufacturing cost and the like are solved through a sheet metal process; through attitude conversion after lift-off, namely buoyancy/lift force generated by the center platform and the wings including the empennages like an airplane, energy saving during cruising is achieved. The static unmanned aerial vehicle is shaped like a box body and is convenient to carry and move; the unmanned aerial vehicle lifts off like an unmanned aerial vehicle during takeoff, and flies like an aircraft with buoyancy or lift during cruising flight. In a word, the production cost is reduced through the aluminum alloy thin-wall metal plate technology, the cruising flight air holding capacity is achieved through the flight attitude conversion, and therefore the unmanned aerial vehicle is suitable for being applied to air traffic inspection, shooting of fast arriving at the site and small express delivery, and opportunities are brought to application and popularization.

    本发明公开了一种基于铝合金薄壁钣金工艺为主件的一种四引擎嵌入式铝构件飞行姿态转换无人机。该无人机包括:中心平台、机翼组、尾翼组、引擎组、吊挂体等组成。通过钣金工艺以解决生产工艺繁琐、制造成本高等问题;通过升空后的姿态转换,即由中心平台、机翼包括尾翼,像飞机一样,产生的浮力/或升力,实现巡航时节能。在静态无人机形状似箱体,便携方便和移动;在起飞时似无人机升空,在巡航飞行时似飞机一样有浮力/或升力的飞行。总之,通过铝合金薄壁钣金工艺带来了生产成本的下降,通过飞行姿态转的转换,带来了巡航飞行持空能力,所以适用于空中交通巡检和快速抵达现场的拍摄以及快递小件速递方面运用,对推广使用带来了契机。
