According to the boosting method for underwater rescue, the propelling mechanism and the moving mechanism are arranged, when the device works, sundries in water are shifted towards the outer side of the machine body, and the situation that the sundries enter a propeller, the device is damaged, and the life safety of a user is threatened is prevented.
