The invention relates to a vehicle storage battery charging method and device and a computer readable storage medium. The charging method for the vehicle storage battery provided by the invention comprises the following steps: monitoring the voltage of the storage battery by using a voltage detection module in response to the situation that the whole vehicle is in a dormant state; in response to the fact that the voltage of the storage battery is lower than a preset voltage threshold value, awakening a battery management system and a voltage transformation module; and using the battery management system and the voltage transformation module for charging the storage battery for a fixed period of time. The storage battery can be prevented from being lack of electricity, and the internal resistance of the storage battery is stabilized to prolong the service life of the storage battery.
