The invention provides a vehicle green wave speed guiding system and method based on LTE-V2X. The method comprises the steps of obtaining the state of a signal lamp in real time through a road side unit at an intersection with the signal lamp, broadcasting the state outwards, and broadcasting the map data of the intersection outwards at the same time. When the vehicle drives to the intersection, the map data and the signal lamp state sent by the roadside equipment are received, the specific lane and phase information of the vehicle at the intersection are calculated in combination with the positioning information of the vehicle, and the signal lamp state and remaining time of the lane where the vehicle is located are obtained. The optimal speed of the vehicle passing through the intersection is calculated according to the remaining time of the signal lamp and the distance between the vehicle and the intersection. According to vehicle information and traffic light information, comprehensive calculation and judgment are carried out, a vehicle speed guiding interval is given, vehicles are guided to pass through green waves, and intersection congestion is effectively relieved. Signal lamp states and intersection map data are acquired in real time by using the LTE-V2X technology to assist drivers in driving, and the economical efficiency and comfort of vehicles passing through intersections are improved.

    本发明提供一种基于LTE‑V2X的车辆绿波车速引导系统及方法,在有信号灯的路口,路侧单元实时获取信号灯的状态并向外广播,同时向外广播路口的地图数据。车辆驶向该路口时,收到路侧设备发送的地图数据和信号灯状态,结合车辆本身的定位信息,计算出车辆在路口的具体车道和相位信息,获取车辆所在车道的信号灯状态和剩余时间。根据信号灯剩余时间和车辆与路口的距离,计算车辆通过路口的最佳速度。本发明根据车辆自身信息和红绿灯信息,综合计算判断,给出车速引导区间,引导车辆绿波通行,有效缓解路口拥堵。利用LTE‑V2X技术实时获取信号灯状态和路口地图数据以辅助驾驶员驾驶,提高车辆通过路口的经济性和舒适性。
