The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft testing, in particular to a rainfall intensity and uniformity calibration system and method for aircraft testing, and the system comprises an acquisition system located in an aircraft climate environment laboratory and an upper system connected with the acquisition system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring rainfall equipment data of a to-be-tested area in the aircraft climate environment laboratory by using a rainfall sensor, and then calculating rainfall intensity and uniformity. The calibration system provided by the invention is reasonable in design, and effectively makes up the vacancy of the rainfall intensity and uniformity calibration of the rainfall system of the airplane climate environment laboratory in China at present; synchronous calibration of the rainfall intensity of an oversized airplane climate environment laboratory can be realized. In addition, the calibration method is simple, convenient, low in cost and easy to apply.

    本发明涉及飞机测试技术领域,具体涉及一种飞机测试用降雨强度与均匀性标定系统及标定方法,所述系统包括位于飞机气候环境实验室内部的采集系统以及与采集系统连接的上位系统;利用雨量传感器对飞机气候环境实验室内部待测试区域的降雨设备数据进行采集,然后进行降雨强度及均匀性计算;本发明的标定系统设计合理,有效地弥补了目前国内对飞机气候环境实验室降雨系统降雨强度与均匀性标定的空缺;可实现超大面积的飞机气候环境实验室降雨强度的同步标定;另外,本发明的标定方法简单便捷,成本低,易于应用。
