本发明公开了小型涡轮发动机的可嵌入式起动带转装置及其飞行器,涉及飞行器技术领域,解决现有发动机起动成功后,燃气吹转涡轮仍然与发动机主轴相连、不断消耗主轴功率的技术问题。飞行器的起动带转装置包括固定在尾喷管组件上的燃气吹转涡轮组件,燃气吹转涡轮组件包括固定在尾喷管组件上的燃气发生器、具有内燃气通道的导向器和具有外燃气通道的吹转涡轮;高温燃气经过内燃气通道和外燃气通道的转向偏折后,推动吹转涡轮与发动机涡轮轴向啮合并完成发动机涡轮带转;在吹转涡轮上设置有缺口。本发明在发动机起动成功后,借助发动机运行时的空气系统压差,可将本装置完全脱开,不影响发动机原有转子系统的功率平衡,降低动力损耗。

    The invention discloses an embedded starting and rotating device of a small turbine engine and an aircraft thereof, relates to the technical field of aircrafts, and solves the technical problem that after an existing engine is successfully started, a fuel gas blowing turbine is still connected with an engine main shaft, and the power of the main shaft is continuously consumed. The starting and rotating device of the aircraft comprises a fuel gas blowing turbine assembly fixed to an exhaust nozzle assembly. The fuel gas blowing turbine assembly comprises a fuel gas generator fixed to the exhaust nozzle assembly, a guider with an inner fuel gas channel and a blowing turbine with an outer fuel gas channel. After high-temperature fuel gas is turned and deflected through the inner fuel gas channel and the outer fuel gas channel, the blowing turbine is pushed to be axially meshed with the engine turbine, and rotation of the engine turbine is completed. A notch is formed in the blowing turbine. After the engine is successfully started, the device can be completely separated by means of the pressure difference of an air system during operation of the engine, the power balance of an original rotor system of the engine is not influenced, and the power loss is reduced.
