The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging service platform and a charging pile equipment parameter remote configuration method. According to the method, equipment parameters in a charging pile operation monitoring process are configured through a remote monitoring and configuration page, and the configuration parameters are transmitted to a charging pile remote configuration service module of a data collection service module; the charging pile remote configuration service module assembles the configuration parameters to form a parameter configuration message, the parameter configuration message is issued to a preposed gateway, and the preposed gateway issues the parameter configuration message to the charging pile; and after receiving the configuration message, the electric vehicle charging pile configures charging pile equipment parameters, sends a parameter configuration result to the charging pile remote configuration service module through the preposed gateway for decryption and analysis, and displays each configuration parameter execution result on a remote monitoring and configuration interface. Start and stop of the charging pile are remotely controlled, the real-time operation state of the charging facility is remotely obtained, the data acquisition frequency of the charging facility can be configured, and the pressure on data transmission and processing of an electric vehicle service platform is relieved.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车充服务平台和充电桩设备参数远程配置方法,通过远程监控与配置页面对充电桩运行监控过程中的设备参数进行配置,下发配置参数至数据采集服务模块的充电桩远程配置服务模块;充电桩远程配置服务对配置参数进行组装,形成参数配置报文,下发至前置网关,前置网关将参数配置报文下发至充电桩;电动汽车充电桩收到配置报文后对充电桩设备参数进行配置并将参数配置结果经过前置网关发送给充电桩远程配置服务模块进行解密解析后将各项配置参数执行结果展示在远程监控与配置界面。本发明远程控制充电桩的启停,远程获取充电设施的实时运行状态,也可以配置充电设施数据采集频率,减轻对电动汽车服务平台数据传输和处理的压力。
