The invention discloses a composite material for a high-conductivity pantograph slide plate for a high-speed rail and a preparation method of the composite material. The composite material is prepared by the following steps: densifying a three-dimensional woven preform to the density of 2.1-2.7 g/cm < 3 > by chemical vapor infiltration (CVI) and melt infiltration (RMI) methods; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the carbon fibers into a three-dimensional braided preform, performing degumming treatment on the preform, preparing a low-density carbon fiber reinforced matrix carbon green body by adopting a CVI method, and then performing high-temperature graphitization treatment and RMI to prepare the required composite material for the carbon-copper dual-base pantograph slide plate. The prepared composite material for the carbon-copper dual-element-based pantograph slide plate has the advantages of being low in preparation cost, good in conductivity, high in mechanical property, excellent in current-receiving wear resistance and arc erosion resistance, and suitable for industrial production.

    本发明公开了一种高铁用高电导率受电弓滑板用复合材料及其制备方法,该复合材料是将三维编织预制体经化学气相渗积(CVI)和熔融浸渗(RMI)法致密化至密度为2.1~2.7g/cm3;其制备方法是:将碳纤维制备成三维编织预制体,对其进行脱胶处理后采用CVI方法制备得低密度碳纤维增强基体碳坯体,然后经过高温石墨化处理和RMI制得所需碳铜双元基受电弓滑板用复合材料。本发明所制备的碳铜双元基受电弓滑板用复合材料,具有较低的制备成本,良好的导电性能,较高的力学性能,优异的抗受流磨损性能以及抗电弧侵蚀性能的制备方法,适于工业化生产。
