The invention relates to the technical field of blade sealing devices, and discloses an adjustable propeller blade sealing device. The device comprises a sealing shell, wherein three grooves are formed in the sealing shell at equal intervals, a gas storage chamber and an oil storage chamber are arranged on the adjacent sides of the grooves correspondingly, sealing bearings are arranged in the grooves correspondingly, the inner walls of the sealing bearings are fixedly connected to the outer wall of a transmission shaft, a gas inlet pipe is fixedly connected to the top end of the gas storage chamber, a first pressure control valve is arranged on the inner wall of the gas inlet pipe, and a high-pressure gas adding pump is fixedly connected to the top end of the gas inlet pipe. According to the invention, the three sealing bearings are arranged on the periphery of the transmission shaft, all the sealing bearings are arranged in the grooves in the sealing shell, the sealing bearings are further sealed, and gas is added into the gas storage chamber through the high-pressure gas adding pump, so liquid balance on the two sides of the gas storage chamber is kept, and leakage-proof effect is achieved; and in addition, the liquid storage chamber can collect a trace amount of permeated liquid, so the labor intensity of workers is reduced.

    本发明涉及桨叶密封装置技术领域,公开了一种可调式螺旋桨桨叶处密封装置,包括密封壳,所述密封壳的内部等距设置有三个凹槽,所述凹槽的相邻一侧分别设置有储气室和储油室,所述凹槽的内部均设置有密封轴承,所述密封轴承的内壁分别固定连接在传动轴的外壁上,所述储气室的顶端固定连接有进气管,所述进气管的内壁设置有第一压力控制阀,所述进气管的顶端固定连接有高压加气泵。本发明通过在传动轴外周设置三个密封轴承,并且将密封轴承均设置在密封壳上的凹槽内,对其进一步密封,并通过高压加气泵向储气室内加气,保持储气室两侧的液体平衡,起到防漏作用;另外储液室可以将微量渗透的液体进行收集,降低人工劳动强度。
