The invention provides a full-speed fin stabilizer based on a complete Weis-Fogh structure. The full-speed fin stabilizer is characterized by comprising a ship body, a rocker arm is installed on the ship body, the rocker arm is connected with an opening and closing oil cylinder, a cross shaft body is installed on the rocker arm, fin blades are installed at the front end of the cross shaft body, and a motor is installed at the rear section of the cross shaft body. The high lift characteristic of the Weis-Fogh structure at the zero low speed is fully utilized, the full-speed fin stabilizer based on the Weis-Fogh structure is realized; the complete Weis-Fogh structure is achieved through the ship body and fin blades, and meanwhile conversion between the zero low speed working mode and the medium-high speed working mode is quite convenient.

    本发明提供一种基于完整Weis‑Fogh结构的全航速减摇鳍,其特征是:包括船体,所述船体上安装有摇臂,摇臂与开闭油缸连接,摇臂上安装有十字轴体,十字轴体前端安装有鳍叶,十字轴体后段安装有马达。充分利用Weis‑Fogh结构在零低航速下的高升力特性,实现了基于Weis‑Fogh结构的全航速减摇鳍,这种减摇鳍利用船体和一个鳍叶实现了完整的Weis‑Fogh结构,同时非常方便进行零低和中高航速工作模式的转换。
