The invention relates to a semi-submersible offshore wind power generation platform and an active floating state adjusting method thereof, which can be used for dynamically adjusting each adjustable ballast tank synchronously in time, so that a semi-submersible type foundation can be quickly adjusted to a forward floating posture, and the movement performance, the stability and the sea condition adaptability of the semi-submersible type foundation on the sea surface can be further improved. In the production process, the stand columns and related accessories can be combined together firstly and then assembled together when being transported to the sea surface, so that transportation operation and assembly operation of the semi-submersible foundation can be facilitated, damage in the transportation process is avoided, independence is high, working efficiency is high, complex ballast water pipeline arrangement between the stand columns is avoided, and the construction, operation and maintenance cost is greatly reduced. Secondly, the adjustable ballast tanks are arranged in all the stand columns, that is, the height positions of all the stand columns on the sea surface can be flexibly adjusted, so that the stability of the semi-submersible foundation on the sea surface can be improved, and then the power generation efficiency can be improved.

    本发明涉及一种半潜式海上风力发电平台及其主动浮态调节方法,能及时地对各个可调压载舱同步进行动态调整,使得半潜式基础快速地调整到正浮姿态,进而能够提高半潜式基础处于海面上的运动性能、稳性与海况适应能力。在生产过程中,可以先将立柱及其相关附件组合在一起,并在运输到海面上时再组装在一起,从而能便于半潜式基础的运输操作与组装操作,及避免运输过程中出现损坏,独立性较强,工作效率较高,避免了各个立柱间复杂的压载水管路布置,大大降低了建造和运维成本。其次,由于在各个立柱的内部均设置有可调压载舱,即各个立柱所处于海面上的高度位置均能够灵活地调整,从而能够提高半潜式基础处于海面上的稳性,进而能提高发电效率。
