The invention discloses a system for automatically adjusting the positions of multiple anchor chains of a navigation mark boat suitable for large water level amplitude, and relates to the technical field of navigation mark boats. The system comprises a navigation mark boat body used for floating in water, and anchor chain retracting and releasing through grooves used for retracting and releasing anchor chains are formed in the navigation mark boat body.
