Embodiments of the invention provide a battery power control method and device for an electric vehicle. According to the battery power control method for the electric vehicle, the driving demand power of a motor and the allowable discharging power of a battery in the driving process of the electric vehicle are obtained; when the electric vehicle is in a driving state, the driving demand power of the motor and the allowable discharge power of the battery are judged; and when the driving demand power of the motor is greater than the allowable discharge power of the battery, outputting is conducted according to the allowable maximum discharge power of the battery. According to the invention, the output and recovery power is determined according to a power size, so the over-discharge and over-charge conditions of the battery are reduced, the stable operation of the battery in a power safety area is ensured, and the service life of the battery is prolonged; and additional hardware equipment does not need to be added, so cost is saved.

    本申请实施例提出了电动汽车电池功率控制方法及装置,上述电动汽车电池功率控制方法中,通过获取所述电动汽车在驱动过程中电机的驱动需求功率和电池允许放电功率,当所述电动汽车处于驱动状态时,判断所述电机的驱动需求功率与所述电池允许放电功率的大小,当所述电机的驱动需求功率大于所述电池允许放电功率时,按照所述电池允许最大放电功率输出。根据功率大小的情况来决定输出及回收的功率,减少了电池过放电和过充电的情况,保证了电池稳定运行在功率安全区,延长了电池的使用寿命,且本发明无需增加额外的硬件设备,节约了成本。
