By arranging a lifting device, a power walking part of the charging equipment can be fixed and locked, and meanwhile, auxiliary locking is conducted through an electromagnet, so the situation that locking cannot be conducted due to the fact that weight is large is avoided, locking is convenient, and electric power is saved; the charging equipment is positioned through a GPS positioning and lifting device, positioning is accurate, the charging equipment can reach an optimal charging position, maximum charging efficiency is obtained, and charging time is shortened.
