The invention discloses wireless charging auxiliary equipment, which comprises a working circuit, a switch group and a sensor group which are connected to form a loop; the working circuit is formed by connecting a signal generator, a working inductor and a detection unit, and the working circuit is provided with two access ports; the sensor group is composed of an upper capacitor plate, a substrate and a lower capacitor plate which are stacked in sequence, the upper capacitor plate is connected with one access port of the working circuit through a switch, and the lower capacitor plate is connected with the other access port of the working circuit. An equivalent capacitor is formed through the sensor group and is connected to the working circuit, and when a metal foreign matter is heated, the capacitance value of the equivalent capacitor is influenced, so that the electrical parameters of the working circuit are changed, and the function of detecting the metal foreign matter is achieved. For wireless charging, a main potential safety hazard is that the metal foreign matter is heated in an electromagnetic field, and the foreign matter can be directly and efficiently found by directly utilizing the influence of temperature on the capacitance value, so that the equipment has relatively high detection precision and is slightly interfered by the environment.
本发明公开了一种无线充电辅助设备,包括:工作电路、开关组和传感器组,并连接组成回路;工作电路由信号发生器、工作电感和检测单元连接组成,并且工作电路具有两个接入端口;传感器组由依次层叠设置的上电容板、基片和下电容板组成,上电容板通过开关连接工作电路的一个接入端口,下电容板连接工作电路另一个接入端口。通过传感器组形成等效电容,接入工作电路,在金属异物被加热时,影响等效电容的电容值,从而改变工作电路的电参数,从而起到对金属异物的检测功能。对无线充电来说,金属异物在电磁场内被加热升温,是主要的安全隐患,本申请可以直接运用温度对电容值的影响,直接高效的发现异物,具有较高的检测精度,受到环境干扰小。
