According to the invention, the structure is simple, the output shaft connector serves as transition connection, the matching capacity of output connection of the power takeoff is improved, meanwhile, the output shaft connector can serve as a connection buffer section, the risk that the power takeoff pump and the power takeoff output shaft are directly connected, damaged and replaced is avoided, the switching transition shell and the output shaft connector are used as transition connecting structures, the power takeoff output switching structure is suitable for various complex connecting environments and high in universality, the production cycle matching the power takeoff structure is greatly shortened, the connecting ends of the power takeoff shell and the switching transition shell are each provided with a connecting lug structure, the power takeoff shell and the switching transition shell are connected through a bolt set, the connecting structure is simple and convenient to disassemble and replace.
本发明公开一种取力器输出转接结构,包括一端与取力器壳体连接的转接过渡壳,通过转接过渡壳连接取力器壳体,利用转接过渡壳作为输出轴接头中间过渡连接结构,输出轴接头以平键、花键的形式连接取力器输出轴与取力泵轴,实现取力泵工作运转的目的,本发明结构简单,利用输出轴接头作为过渡连接,提高了取力器输出连接的匹配能力,同时能够作为连接缓冲段,避免取力器泵与取力器输出轴直连损坏更换的风险,利用转接过渡壳和输出轴接头作为过渡连接结构,适用于多种复杂连接环境,通用性强,大大缩短了取力器结构适配的生产周期,取力器壳体与转接过渡壳的连接端均设置连接耳结构,取力器壳体与转接过渡壳通过螺栓组连接,连接结构简单,便于拆卸更换。
