The invention discloses a millimeter-wave in-vehicle person existence monitoring system based on vital signs. The millimeter-wave in-vehicle person existence monitoring system comprises a vehicle-mounted control system, a door lock detection module, a 79GHz radar module, a communication alarm module and a vehicle window control module; the door lock detection module detects whether a vehicle door is in a locked state or not after flameout of a current, and vehicle door state information is transmitted to the vehicle-mounted control system; and the vehicle-mounted control system receives the vehicle door state information sent by the door lock detection module, sends an instruction to control the 79GHz radar module to start detection whether people exist or not, and controls the communication alarm module and the vehicle window control module according to the detection result of radar. The invention further discloses a method for using the millimeter-wave in-vehicle monitoring system based on the vital signs. Whether people exist in the vehicle or not is detected through the millimeter-wave radar, robustness is higher, interference of external factors can be resisted, and when it is monitored that people exist in the vehicle after flameout, an alarm is given out immediately to remind surrounding people and a driver, and whether people exist in the vehicle or not is monitored.

    本发明公开了一种基于生命特征的毫米波车内有无人监控系统,包括车载控制系统、门锁检测模块、79GHz雷达模块、通信报警模块、车窗控制模块,其中:门锁检测模块检测当车辆熄火后车门是否处于锁死状态,并将车门状态信息传入到所述车载控制系统中;车载控制系统接收门锁检测模块发出的车门状态信息,并发送指令控制所述79GHz雷达模块开始进行有无人检测,并根据雷达的检测结果控制通信报警模块和车窗控制模块。本发明还公开了使用该基于生命特征的毫米波车内有无人监控系统的方法,采用毫米波雷达进行车内有无人检测,鲁棒性更强,能抵抗外部因素干扰,监测到熄火后车内有人时,立即发出警报来提醒周围人员和驾驶员,实现车内有无人监控。
