The invention provides a traffic signal system convenient for visually impaired people to identify and a related device. The system comprises a traffic signal sign body, the traffic signal sign body is provided with a graphic mark corresponding to the color of the traffic signal sign body, or an indicating lamp for representing the color of the traffic signal sign body is arranged.
