The invention discloses a testing device for testing rigidity of a blade of a fire extinguishing unmanned helicopter, which comprises a mounting seat, the bottom of the mounting seat is fixedly connected with a plurality of supporting plates which are symmetrically arranged, the opposite sides of the two supporting plates are both provided with sliding chutes, the interiors of the sliding chutes are fixedly connected with sliding rods, the sliding rods are slidably sleeved with sliding blocks, the two sliding blocks are fixedly connected through a buffer plate, the sliding rod is slidably sleeved with a first spring, and the two ends of the first spring are fixedly connected with the sliding blocks and the inner wall of the sliding groove correspondingly. A through opening is formed in the mounting seat, two mounting grooves are symmetrically formed in the inner wall of the through opening, a screw rod is rotatably inserted into each mounting groove, and a threaded sleeve is connected to each screw rod in a threaded and sleeving manner. Through the arrangement of an adjustable fixing mechanism and a test mechanism, the device can be freely adjusted according to paddles of different sizes, so that the application range of the test device is widened.

    本发明公开了一种用于测试灭火无人直升机桨叶刚度的试验装置,包括安装座,所述安装座的底部固定连接有对称设置的多个支撑板,两个所述支撑板相对的一侧均设有滑槽,所述滑槽内固定连接有滑杆,所述滑杆上滑动套接有滑块,两个所述滑块之间通过缓冲板固定连接,所述滑杆上滑动套接有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧的两端分别与滑块和滑槽内壁固定连接;所述安装座内设有通口,所述通口的内壁上设有对称设置的两个安装槽,所述安装槽内转动插设有螺杆,所述螺杆上螺纹套接有螺纹套。本发明通过可调节式固定机构和试验机构的设置,使装置可以根据不同尺寸的桨叶进行自由的调节,从而提升了试验装置的适用范围。
