本发明涉及一种立轴双级混流机组转轮中拆和下拆检修方法,该检修方法,在厂房中层设有水平设置的中层转运通道,在厂房底层设有水平设置的底层转运通道,在厂房发电机和水轮机层的相同平面位置设有竖直设置的吊物孔;通过中层转运通道内的转运吊车将上转轮一起吊出,再通过中层转运通道内的转运小车运至吊物孔的吊物区域,最后主厂房桥机将上转轮吊起运至安装场;通过底层转运通道内的转运吊车将下转轮一起吊出,再通过底层转运通道内的转运小车运至吊物孔的吊物区域,最后主厂房桥机将转轮吊起运至安装场。相对于上拆检修方式,本发明采用转轮中拆和下拆检修方式,无需拆除发电机转子及其附属设备,节省检修工作量,节约检修时间。

    The invention relates to a middle dismounting and lower dismounting maintenance method for a rotating wheel of a vertical shaft two-stage mixed-flow unit. The maintenance method comprises the following steps that a horizontally-arranged middle-layer transfer channel is arranged in a middle layer of a plant, a horizontally-arranged bottom-layer transfer channel is arranged in a bottom layer of the plant, and vertically-arranged hoisting holes are formed in the same plane positions of a power generator layer and a water turbine layer of the plant; upper rotating wheels are hoisted out together through a transfer crane in the middle-layer transfer channel and then transported to a hoisting area of the hoisting holes through a transfer trolley in the middle-layer transfer channel, and finally the upper rotating wheels are hoisted and transported to a mounting field through a main plant bridge crane; and lower rotating wheels are hoisted out together through a transfer crane in the bottom-layer transfer channel and then conveyed to a hoisting area of the hoisting holes through a transfer trolley in the bottom-layer transfer channel, and finally the rotating wheels are hoisted and conveyed to the mounting field through the main plant bridge crane. Compared with an upper dismounting maintenance mode, a middle dismounting and lower dismounting maintenance mode of the rotating wheels is adopted, a generator rotor and accessory equipment thereof do not need to be disassembled, the maintenance workload is saved, and the maintenance time is saved.
