According to the tire tread rubber capable of preventing the pattern groove bottom cracks, a novel improved formula is adopted, so that the tread rubber can effectively overcome the defect of the pattern groove bottom cracks, and compared with the conventional tread rubber, about 90% of the pattern groove bottom cracks can be reduced; the tear resistance, the wear resistance, the high-temperature dynamic fatigue resistance, the heat aging resistance and the dynamic ozone aging resistance of the rubber material can be effectively improved, and meanwhile, the rolling resistance, the wet skid resistance and the like of the rubber material are improved.

    本发明公开了一种防止花纹沟底裂的轮胎胎面胶及其制备方法,其技术方案要点是:包括下述重量份数的组分:天然橡胶35‑75份,溶聚丁苯胶10‑25份,丁苯胶SBR1502 15‑35,高顺式BR9000 10‑30,氧化锌1‑3份,改性硅藻土22‑55份,炭黑60‑125份,改性芳纶纤维1.5‑4.5份,硬脂酸1‑3.5份,聚乙二醇1‑4.5份等;本发明提供一种防止花纹沟底裂的轮胎胎面胶,采用新型改良配方,使该胎面胶能够有效克服花纹沟底裂的缺陷,与以往的胎面胶相比,可减少约90%的花纹沟底裂,可有效提高胶料抗撕裂性能、耐磨耗性能、耐高温动态疲劳性能、耐热老化性能和耐动态臭氧老化性能,同时改善胶料的滚动阻力性能和抗湿滑性能等。
