    本发明公开了一种起竖机构及车辆,该起竖机构包括连杆机构、后座、起竖架和起竖伸缩杆,连杆机构的两端分别转动连接于底盘的尾部和后座,起竖架转动连接于底盘上,且起竖架远离底盘的一端连接后座上,起竖伸缩杆的一端转动连接于后座,另一端同时转动连接于起竖架和上装,起竖伸缩杆做伸缩运动以带动起竖架和上装起竖,且同时驱动后座升降。本发明公开的起竖机构通过设置的连杆机构、后座、起竖架和起竖伸缩杆,实现了起竖伸缩杆的一器两用,起竖伸缩杆兼顾后座升降和上装起竖两个功能,减少了对底盘的损失,无需支腿支撑,直接实现起竖,就位时间短,系统结构简化,操作简单。
