The invention discloses a novel anti-counterfeiting system and method based on an elevator safety mechanism, and relates to the field of elevators. The novel anti-counterfeiting system comprises two adjacent elevator cars; and each elevator car is internally provided with an elevator control main board, a car roof control board, a driving board, a door machine control board, an instruction board, an in-car display board, a light curtain board, a releveling board, an outbound board and other auxiliary boards, wherein the elevator control main board, the car roof control board, the driving board, the door machine control board, the instruction board, the in-car display board, the light curtain board, the releveling board, the outbound board and the other auxiliary boards are all provided with independent ID codes. According to the novel anti-counterfeiting system, an elevator is monitored in real time through an elevator remote monitoring platform; so that the operation safety of the elevator can be effectively guaranteed, meanwhile, the elevator can be maintained in time, elevator accidents caused by the fact that the elevator is not maintained in time are avoided, and the elevator safety is greatly improved; and the situation that circuit boards which are not manufactured in an original factory are installed on the elevator for operation can be effectively avoided through ID authentication among the boards, so that the use of counterfeit and shoddy circuit boards is effectively avoided.
本发明公开了一种基于电梯安全机制的新型防伪系统及方法,涉及电梯领域,包括相邻的两个电梯轿厢,每个所述电梯轿厢中分别设置有电梯控制主板、轿顶控制板块、驱动板块、门机控制板块、指令板块、轿内显示板块、光幕板块、再平层板块、外呼板块和其余副板且均设置独立ID码,本发明通过所述电梯远程监控平台对电梯进行实时监控,不仅能有效的确保电梯的运行安全,同时能及时的对电梯进行维护,避免了对电梯维护不及时造成的电梯事故发生,从而大大提高了电梯安全性,而且通过板块之间的ID认证,能有效的避免不是原厂制造的电路板被安装在电梯上进行运作,从而有效地杜绝了假冒伪劣电路板的使用。
