According to the scheme, the pedals are hinged to the upper surfaces of the fixing plates on the ladder assemblies, and the positions, close to each other, of the bottom faces of the two pedals are hinged to each other, so that when a worker does not need to use the boarding platform, the two pedals are folded upwards, the occupied area of the boarding platform is reduced, and the worker can place the boarding platform at one corner of a ship body conveniently; and the space occupation phenomenon is reduced.
