According to a multi-stage energy absorption structure, a first-stage energy absorption area is arranged behind anti-creeping teeth, a second-stage energy absorption area is arranged between the first-stage energy absorption area and a car coupler mounting base, and the section of a crushing box of the first-stage energy absorption area is a rectangular variable section and is located on the two sides of the energy absorption area; the crushing boxes of the second-stage energy absorption area are of two structures, one structure is that two cuboid crushing boxes on the outer side serve as main bearing bodies, and the other structure is that two trapezoid prismatic table crushing boxes on the inner side serve as auxiliary bearing bodies. According to finite element simulation calculation, the thickness of the outer box body and the thickness of the box core determine that the platform force value in the collision process is within the range of 2000 KN, the absorbed energy value is met, and the rear portion of a vehicle body is protected. According to the structure, the internal structure can be changed to improve the force value in the crushing process so as to obtain a larger energy absorption range; the energy-absorbing structure is more stable in vertical and transverse rigidity, the energy-absorbing deformation process can be completely carried out, the collision speed of the energy-absorbing structure is greatly increased through analogue simulation verification, and the safety of a train is improved.

    一种多级吸能结构,第一级吸能区设置于防爬齿之后,第二级吸能区设置在第一级吸能区和车钩安装座之间,其中第一级吸能区的压溃箱的断面为矩形的变截面,位于吸能区两侧;第二级吸能区的压溃箱有两种结构,一种是外侧两个长方体压溃箱作为主体承载,另一种是内侧两个梯形棱台压溃箱作为辅助承载。根据有限元仿真计算,外箱体以及箱芯的厚度决定了碰撞过程中的平台力值在2000KN范围,即满足了吸收的能量值也对车体后部起到了保护。本发明可以改变内部结构来提高压溃过程中的力值来获得更大的能量吸收范围;这种吸能结构在垂向和横向刚度上更加稳定,有利于吸能变形过程完整的进行,仿真模拟验证其碰撞速度有了很大提高,列车的安全性提高。
