The invention discloses a smart energy conversion system, which comprises a container power supply, a transfer mechanism, a transfer trolley and a charging station, and is characterized in that the container power supply is detachably connected with an electric ship and provides power for the electric ship, and the transfer trolley can move back and forth between the charging station and a ship stop point; the transfer mechanism can convey a container power source fixed to the electric ship to the transfer trolley and can convey a full-electricity container power source on the transfer trolley to the electric ship, and the charging station charges the container power source. The charging station is in communication connection with the container power supply, the transfer trolley and the electric ship, and when the electric ship sends a battery replacement instruction, the charging station controls the transfer trolley to send the full-electricity container power supply in the charging station while the electric ship reaches the ship stop point. The invention also discloses a battery replacing method based on the system, after the electric ship is in shore, the full-power container power supply can be directly replaced, the battery replacing time is short, the efficiency is high, the time cost can be greatly shortened, and the operation efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种智慧能源换电系统,包括集装箱电源、转运机构、中转小车和充电站,集装箱电源与电动船舶可拆卸连接并为电动船舶提供动力,中转小车能在充电站和船舶停靠点间来回移动,运转机构能将固定在电动船舶上的集装箱电源和输送至中转小车上,并能将中转小车上的满电集装箱电源输送至电动船舶上,充电站为集装箱电源进行充电;充电站和集装箱电源、中转小车、电动船舶均通信连接,电动船舶发送换电指令时,充电站控制中转小车将充电站内的满电集装箱电源在电动船舶到达船舶停靠点时同时送达。并公开了基于此系统的换换电方法,可在电动船舶靠岸后,直接更换满电的集装箱电源,换电时间短,效率高,可大大缩短时间成本,提高运营效率。
