The electric energy transmission mechanism comprises an electric energy transmission part, a cable, a switching part and an anti-loosening structure, the electric energy transmission part is used for receiving electric energy from a power supply or used for being connected with an electric load, the cable is used for connecting an electric load or receiving electric energy from a power supply, one end of the switching part is connected with the electric energy transmission part through a thread structure, the other end of the switching part is connected with the cable, a first angle is formed between the first extension direction of the electric energy transmission part and the second extension direction of the cable, and the anti-loosening structure is constructed to limit loosening of the thread structure. According to the anti-loosening electric energy transmission mechanism, the electric energy transmission part can be installed and replaced from the front end of the charging base, a certain angle is formed between the wire outlet direction of the cable and the axis direction of the electric energy transmission part, and the installed bolt structure cannot be loosened due to vibration through the anti-loosening structure.
