The invention relates to the technical field of steering wheel steering control, and discloses a steering axle assembly, a steering control system and a vehicle. In the steering axle assembly, an axle body comprises steering wheel mounting parts which are arranged at intervals; a steering oil cylinder is arranged on the axle body; a two-way oil pump is arranged on the axle body, a first oil port of the two-way oil pump is used for being communicated with one oil cavity of the steering oil cylinder, and a second oil port of the two-way oil pump is used for being communicated with the other oil cavity of the steering oil cylinder; and the oil pump motor is arranged on the axle body and connected with the two-way oil pump. The oil pump motor rotates forwards and backwards to drive the two-way oil pump to rotate forwards and backwards, so that a piston rod of the steering oil cylinder is driven to move to drive steering wheel supports installed on the steering wheel mounting parts to rotate, and steering of the steering wheels is achieved. Therefore, the steering axle assembly does not need to be supplied with oil through a hydraulic oil pump for providing hydraulic oil for a working system of the vehicle, so that the steering axle assembly can effectively reduce steering energy consumption, and is simple in structure and high in integration level.
