The present invention relates to an object state transition system using a cloud service. The system comprises a light quantity measurement matrix which comprises a plurality of light quantity measurement units uniformly distributed at different positions of an outdoor parking lot and used for respectively measuring real-time light quantity data corresponding to the different positions; a cloud storage network element which is used for storing standard aerial view patterns corresponding to various vehicles respectively; and a parameter analysis component which is used for acquiring the real-time light quantity data, sorting the real-time light quantity data according to the size, and outputting the real-time light quantity data with the middle sequence number as representative light quantity data. Through the system, monitoring of the parking environment of the outdoor parking lot can be started when it is determined that the light illumination degree of the outdoor parking lot is too high, and the sunshade resources matched with the current parking number are selected based on the current parking number and put into use, so that the service life of the sunshade resources is effectively prolonged.
