The invention discloses a drive axle shaft head locking structure and an assembling and disassembling operation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of drive axle shaft head locking. The drive axle shaft head locking structure comprises a hub rotationally sleeving the outer ring of a shaft head through a hub bearing; a thrust washer, an inner nut and an outer nut are sequentially installed at the end of the shaft head, and the thrust washer abuts against the outer end face of the hub bearing; the thread pitch of the inner nut is larger than that of the outer nut, and the inner nut and the outer nut have the same screwing direction; and the thread minor diameter of the inner nut is larger than the thread major diameter of the outer nut. The outer nut and the inner nut synchronously loosen and rotate under the action of friction force of attached end faces, the screw pitch of the outer nut is smaller than that of the inner nut, the axial movement distance of the outer nut is smaller than that of the inner nut, the inner nut and the outer nut can be tightened more and more, and therefore the good anti-loosening effect is achieved. The problem that after the heavy truck drive axle shaft head bears strenuous vibration or alternating load, a nut is prone to loosening and disengaging is solved. The structure is simple, machining and manufacturing are easy, disassembling and assembling are convenient, and implementation is easy.

    本发明公开一种驱动桥轴头锁紧结构及其装配、拆卸操作方法,属于驱动桥轴头锁紧技术领域,包括通过轮毂轴承转动套装于轴头外圈的轮毂;轴头端部依次安装有止推垫片、内螺母和外螺母,止推垫片与轮毂轴承外端面抵接;内螺母的螺纹螺距大于外螺母的螺纹螺距,且两者旋向相同;内螺母的螺纹小径大于外螺母的螺纹大径。外螺母与内螺母将在贴合端面摩擦力作用下同步发生松脱旋转,因外螺母螺距小于内螺母螺距,外螺母的轴向移动距离小于内螺母的轴向移动距离,内、外螺母会越退越紧,从而起到较好的防松作用,解决了重型卡车驱动桥轴头在承受剧烈震动或交变载荷后螺母容易松退脱出的问题;结构简单,易于加工和制造,拆装便捷,易于实现。
