The system is characterized by comprising an electric control valve (1), a filter (2), a pressure stabilizer (3), a heat exchanger (4), a heater (5), a temperature sensor (6), a double-phase ceramic membrane assembly (7), a flow limiter (8), an oxygen concentration sensor (9), a first one-way valve (10), a first flame suppressor (11), a central wing oil tank (12), a ventilation box (13), a second flame suppressor (14), a second one-way valve (15), a supercharging device (16), an air storage tank (17), a pressure sensor (18), a mixing ratio regulator (19), a mask (20), and a controller (21). According to the biphase membrane airborne oxygen and nitrogen separation system structure, separated nitrogen can be directly filled into an oil tank, separated pure oxygen is free of pollution and supplied to a pilot for breathing after being pressurized, the biochemistry prevention function is achieved, a standby oxygen source is not needed, the maintenance time and cost are reduced, air entraining is reduced, resources are saved, waste gas emission is reduced, and aircraft stealth is facilitated.
